2D3D+ Entry Submission
TERMS OF SUBMISSION
All artwork submitted for consideration must be artwork made in the coursework of Cal Poly Pomona’s Art Dept. art classes, created anytime between March 1st 2025 and March 1st 2026.

FILE NAMING CONVENTION
Follow the naming convention below to upload the file:

SUBMISSION ENTRY LIMITS
No more than 3 entries per student.
ENTRIES WITH MULTIPLE PARTS count as 1 entry. For example, Graphic Design packaging designs, branding campaigns, poster series and game board designs with multiple parts each count as 1 submission. Fine Art diptychs, triptychs or polyptychs, ceramic or mixed media items that are a set, pair, or group of inter-related pieces, etc. are also acceptable and counted as 1 submission. It is recommended that you produce 1 quality image to represent all component-parts that features the full-range of your entry’s qualities as best as possible. BEWARE that if 1 OR MORE components of a series, packaging, or branding campaign is unacceptable to the jurors, the ENTIRE entry may be rejected.
3D ARTWORKS that require multiple views, or 2D artworks that require a close-up “detail” view, you may create a single binary image of 2 views to illustrate both the front and back/side view for 3D works, or a close-up detailed view along with an overall full-view for 2D works. Make sure to differentiate the two images within the photo by identifying them each with the words ‘frontview’ and ‘side-(or back-) view’ for 3D, or ‘full-view’ and ‘detail’ for 2D, as captions for each binary image. No more than 1 binary image allowed for this purpose.
BOOK ARTS AND VIDEO WORKS may be represented with a binary image of 2 stills of the work: for books incl. open and closed views, for video works incl. 2 images that represent the work the best, screen or photo stills, etc. Full PDFs of books, and links for entire videos will also be required
as part of entry submission
SUBMISSION INFO FOR 4D INCLUDING MOTION FESTIVAL
All 4D work submitted in 2D3D+ exhibit will be considered both for the Kellogg Gallery as well as for the outdoor motion festival. We will have an additional juror specifically for the motion festival and more 4D work is accepted and presented at the motion festival.
FOR 4D AND 5D ARTWORKS, provide the duration of the piece. Please provide three numbers
for hours, minutes, and seconds of the video. ___: ___: ___ (hr: min: sec)
